Pharmacy First is an NHS service that encourages patients to visit their local pharmacy first instead of going to their GP for a range of conditions which can be assessed and treated by pharmacists.
Sore Throat - Pharmacy First - Avoid a visit to your GP. A NHS Funded Service. Our Pharmacist can help anyone aged 5 and over. They will check our symptoms and look into down your throat. Antibiotics will be prescribed if appropriate. When you have a sore throat it can be uncomfortable to eat, drink and talk. That's why it's important to get the best medicine and advice to feel back to normal. During our sore throat service our expert Pharmacists will ask you a series of questions and examine your throat to determine the possible cause of your pain. The service is NHS funded but you may need to pay a prescription charge if you pay for your prescriptions

We offer plans and will advise you the best one for you using the Wegovy Injection as part of the weight management programme. You have to undergo an initial assessment and if you qualify you can join the plan. The plan starts at £175 per month for the injection plus the cost of a one off blood test which is £145.
