Before your appointment
Once you've booked your online GP consultation, we'll send you a patient registration form to complete before your appointment.
Completing this form before your consultation helps our clinical team prepare for your appointment by reviewing your medical history, current medication and the reason for your consultation. This allows your GP to better understand your concerns before your appointment and helps ensure your consultation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Once your completed registration form has been received, we'll send you your secure video consultation link before your appointment.
What happens during your consultation?
During your consultation, your GP will:
Discuss your symptoms and medical concerns
Review your medical history and current medication
Assess your condition during a secure video consultation
Provide medical advice and recommend appropriate treatment
Issue prescriptions, where clinically appropriate
Provide referrals, sick notes or medical letters if required
Recommend further investigations or follow-up appointments where appropriate
Most consultations last approximately 15 minutes, giving you time to discuss your health concerns with your doctor.
