If you require a personalised medical letter for work, travel, insurance, education or another specific purpose, our Bespoke Medical Letter Service offers a professional and confidential solution.

Your appointment begins with a 15-minute Online GP Video Consultation (£50), during which your doctor will discuss your requirements, review any relevant medical history, and determine the most appropriate documentation for your circumstances.

Following your consultation, your GP can prepare a bespoke medical letter tailored to your requirements. An additional fee of £145 applies for this service, bringing the total cost to £195. Most letters are sent electronically on the same day following your consultation.

Before your appointment

Once you've booked your consultation, we'll send you a patient registration form to complete before your appointment.

Completing this form in advance allows our clinical team to review your information before your consultation, helping your GP prepare for your appointment and ensuring your consultation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Once your completed registration form has been received, we'll send you your secure video consultation link before your appointment.

What happens during your consultation?

During your appointment, your GP will:

• Discuss the purpose of your medical letter

• Review your medical history and any relevant supporting information

• Assess your individual circumstances

• Advise on the most appropriate medical documentation

• If required, prepare a personalised bespoke medical letter tailored to your individual requirements following your consultation.

Your letter will be prepared on Harley Street Medical headed paper and signed by a GMC-registered UK doctor. Most bespoke medical letters are delivered electronically on the same day following your consultation.
